Brompton Technology facilitated the display of digital artwork by Kim Asendorf at the recent Art Basel event. According to MONDO-DR, Asendorf’s PXL DUO POD was showcased at Art Basel Hong Kong, marking a significant presentation of his artistic vision.
Kim Asendorf's PXL DUO POD is part of a larger, evolving collection of digital creations known as the PXL ecosystem. The Hong Kong showing incorporated ROE Visual LED systems, with Brompton’s Tessera LED processors managing the display technology. Fuse Technical Group was responsible for the technical oversight of the installation.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage with the artwork directly through a dedicated control interface. Brompton Technology previously supported Asendorf’s work, utilizing Absen LED panels in a Miami Beach presentation. The artist’s artistic process focuses on nuanced color variations and rich, dark tones to create a specific visual experience.
Asendorf’s exhibition is currently on display at NODE in Palo Alto, California, and is scheduled to remain there until 2026, offering a prolonged opportunity for audiences to experience his digital art.
