With a range of duties and responsibilities to be covered, we will meet with candidates to establish their skillsets and desires to see who will be a strong fit. Daily quotas, detailing needs of specifications will be expected to be met, ensuring that we succeed as a team to meet our company wide goals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently for periods of the day, so a self-start attitude is vital. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing, particularly in musical instruments. Job Location: 100% of job duties are carried out at Deering Banjo Company, 3733 Kenora Dr, Spring Valley, CA91942 Skillsets Required Self-start mentality Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Hand Strength and stability/steadiness Expectations Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Demonstrate a keen eye for detail Maintain a clean and safe work area Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently Operate machinery correctly, safely and with care Work cooperatively with the warehouse team to meet quotas and goals Observe all safety guidelines Follow all written and verbal instructions Attend all safety and production training/meetings Able to work consistent part time hours, Mon-Fri. Only reliable, honest and hardworking people who enjoy being a part of a growing, family-owned business need apply. We are located in Spring Valley, just 10 miles East of downtown San Diego at Highway 94 and Kenwood Drive. Production hours would be 8 hours per day on the production schedule. 6:30am to 3pm.
