Adam Hall Group hosted its second Global Partner Summit from 29 September to 1 October, expanding the Asia-Pacific partner format launched in Bali in 2024 to include European partners for the first time. Music Instrument News reported that 22 strategic partners from 18 countries attended the event focused on live experience industry growth in a challenging economic environment.
The manufacturer used the summit to gather partner feedback on upcoming products and development directions for its LD Systems, Cameo and Integrated Systems brands. Co-CRO Kati Eismann told attendees that the overall package of service, availability and planning certainty matters more than the product alone, as customer demand shifts and becomes harder to predict.
CRO Markus Jahnel said the company invests in the format because partners know their markets better than any study, and bringing their experience into development early produces products that work in practice. The summit theme, Beyond Partnership, reflects Adam Hall Group’s goal of involving partners when it assesses market requirements and develops solutions, not only at product launches.
Discussions covered investment decisions, new technologies, project efficiency and where partners need more support, Music Instrument News reported.
