Blackstar has announced three special edition colour finishes for its popular ID:Core 10 V4 amplifier series, according to the Music Industries Association. The new options include Oxblood, Racing Green, and a revival of the Double Cream finish initially released in 2024.

The Oxblood version features a distinctive Artisan look with Oxblood Tolex and a black basketweave fret, while the Racing Green model draws inspiration from British heritage, incorporating biscuit-coloured basketweave. The returning Double Cream option retains its cream covering, corners, and control panel, complemented by black knobs.

The ID:Core amplifiers are known for their immersive Super Wide Stereo technology, which expands the sound beyond what is typical for a compact practice amp. This technology spreads stereo effects, creating a wider soundscape and an engaging playing experience.

These amplifiers offer six distinct voices and twelve studio-quality effects, alongside Blackstar’s patented ISF control for tone shaping.
