The publication notes that developer Dave Friedman collaborated with Marisol Arredondo to capture the essence of her father’s historic amplifier modifications rather than simply recreating them. The manufacturer states that every unit is handcrafted in Los Angeles using custom transformers and premium components. Key features include internally bridged volume controls, a Plexi/Gain switch for an additional gain stage, and a three-position Gain Style switch that repositions the master volume within the circuit while introducing diode clipping for distinct tonal variations.
The combo model comes loaded with a Celestion G12M-65 Creamback speaker selected for its dynamic response. With street prices set at $1,799.99 for the head and $2,099.99 for the combo, the release offers musicians a new entry point into the boutique amplifier market while maintaining the brand’s uncompromising build standards and limited five-year warranty coverage for every instrument produced.
