Line 6 has released firmware version 1.4 for its Helix Stadium floorboard modelers, adding 14 Agoura amp channel settings derived from six amplifiers, six new distortion and modulation effects, and a stem separation feature, gearnews reported.

The free update brings the total Agoura channel count to 67. New models include the Brit SL100, based on Marshall Plexi Superlead variants; the Omega Granophyre, modeled on the Granophyre 6L6; and the Prosecutor, described as the latest evolution of the Line 6 Litigator, according to gearnews.

The stem separation tool uses Yamaha Music Connect to import an audio file into the Helix Stadium Showcase engine and split it into five files covering drums, bass, guitar, vocals and other elements. Users can update via Wi-Fi through a Line 6 Account or manually over USB with the Helix Stadium app.

Earlier updates included version 1.3, which introduced the cloud-based Proxy amp cloning feature and five additional Agoura profiles, gearnews noted. The Helix Stadium Floor carries an MSRP of $1,799 and the XL Floor $2,199, with accessories including the EX2 expression pedal at $149.99 and the Expand D10 connectivity module at $219.99, according to gearnews.
