ReelWorks Denver, a newly established concert venue, has recently incorporated an L-Acoustics DJ sound reinforcement system, according to MONDO-DR. Brown Note Productions handled the installation of the advanced audio technology.
This marks the second location in the Americas to feature the innovative L-Acoustics DJ system. The venue, which is designed to accommodate up to 2,000 attendees, occupies a building that previously functioned as a film reel factory.
The L-Acoustics DJ technology alters conventional stereo audio mixes into spatial audio experiences through the implementation of Source Separate technology. The venue also utilizes an L2D spatial loudspeaker system and already incorporates 360-degree projection-mapped walls, furthering the ambition to offer a fully immersive environment.
The installed system includes KS28 subwoofers and A15i enclosures, contributing to the overall design intended to deliver a complete and absorbing sensory experience for patrons.
