W. A. Production has released Asymo Reverb, a reverb plugin described as a dynamic spatial reverb, Monthly Mixing reported. The plugin lets users reshape, rotate and add motion to the acoustic space itself. At its core is an interactive geometric display that lets users handle a virtual room as if holding it in their palm. Users can design a space and then set it in motion.

The company explained that because Asymo Reverb runs on its own rules of acoustic physics, pitch and phase remain stable even with this movement. Size controls the physical dimensions of the room, while Early adjusts the balance of early reflections that shape the space’s initial form.

To keep the processed signal under control in the mix, the plugin offers Low Cut and High Cut filters and a Pre Delay that separates the dry sound from the reverb space. A range of presets is included, along with an A/B function for comparing settings across two profiles. It is available in VST3, AU and AAX formats at a regular price of $49.90. More information is available on the W. A. Production website.
