Today, mia.org.uk reported that Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, with support from Music Venue Trust, invites music fans across England, Scotland and Wales to nominate their favourite local music venue. This initiative aims to provide a bundle of premium Fender gear to support the UK’s grassroots music venue community. The campaign recognizes the vital role these spaces play in nurturing emerging talent and sustaining live music culture nationwide. Fans can head to the designated page to push their chosen venue into the spotlight for a chance to win essential equipment.

Three winning venues will be selected based on the highest number of regional nominations received, with each winner awarded a tailored gear bundle. The packages include a Hot Rod Deluxe IV amplifier, a 5150 Iconic Series 40W EL34 1×12 Combo, a Rumble 200 bass amp, an Acoustic SFX II amplifier and a StudioLive SE Digital Console Mixer. These items are size tailored to the specific needs of the venue. Everyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Sparkle Precision Bass, the instrument made to be played live.

Liam Cunnah, Executive Vice President, EMEA, Fender, stated that grassroots music venues are where it all begins. He noted that the partnership puts their belief in the power of that connection into action. Denzil Thomas, Partnerships Lead at Music Venue Trust, added that the collaboration gives fans an opportunity to celebrate the venues that matter most. Nominations close on 1st October. No purchase is necessary. The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over. Full terms and conditions apply. See the source for further details on the initiative.
