Buffet Group president and CEO Antoine Beaussant hailed the appointment, citing Kloc’s “extraordinary influence” over the North American market and his growth into “the image of Buffet Group” in the United States and Canada. He went on to praise Kloc as being one of “the perfect defenders of (Buffet Group’s) values and traditions.” The promotion of Kloc to president and CEO was also necessary “to strengthen the governance structure of the group,” according to Beaussant.
When asked about his new appointment, Kloc replied, “It is a great honor to have been promoted to president and CEO of Buffet Group USA and I am humbled by the confidence Antoine and the Board have in me to lead the company into making us the world reference in wind instruments. My success would have not been possible without the dedication and professionalism of the Buffet Group USA team and I would like to thank each and every one of them publicly for their continuing support.
