MXR has introduced the Mr. TalkBox Signature Talk Box, a unit built for keyboardists and guitarists who want to speak through their instrument. Premier Guitar reported that Byron “Mr. TalkBox” Chambers collaborated with the brand to create a device offering more power, headroom, and control over voice articulation. The design ensures the low end stays thick and full while delivering better sound definition. Chambers noted he sought a setup that is quick, easy, and sounds great for both stage performances and radio appearances. This professional-grade tool aims to elevate electro grooves with expressive power.
Other companies also revealed new products. Carl Martin introduced the Dual Compressor Limiter, an analog pedal placing two independently adjustable compression setups in one compact enclosure. Death By Audio and Rainger FX joined forces to create Amp Crash, which contains a real 3-watt amplifier, internal speaker, and microphone. D’Addario announced the XPND Voltage Booster, converting a single 9V source into selectable higher voltage outputs for various effects. Additionally, Cort Guitars launched its Exotic Series acoustic guitars, featuring unique wood grains for entry-to-intermediate players.
