RTI has introduced four new models to its Commercial Amplifier Series, expanding options for integrators working on commercial, residential, and entertainment projects. The new lineup includes three models featuring Dante connectivity and a wall-mounted PoE Zone Controller designed for the RTI-AMP Series.
According to AVNetwork, the amplifiers utilize UMAC Class D output circuitry and a universal switch-mode power supply. This architecture allows the units to drive conventional low-impedance loudspeakers and high-impedance transformer-coupled distributed audio systems without requiring external transformers or separate product SKUs. Lo-Z power output is rated at 125-Watts per channel, while Hi-Z output reaches 250-Watts.
The Dante-enabled models integrate into existing professional IP audio networks with AES67 interoperability, enabling long-distance routing and daisy-chaining without dedicated audio cabling. Configuration is handled via a browser-based interface accessible over wired Ethernet or built-in Wi-Fi. Installers gain granular control over inputs, output zones, parametric EQ, crossover, delay, and signal routing. Presets can be locked, exported, and shared across projects to reduce commissioning time. The new Zone Controller provides effortless volume and source selection when a control system is not present, mounting in a standard single-gang in-wall box and connecting fully powered to the amplifier over a single Cat5e cable.
