The Crow Hill Company has relaunched its Vaults sample libraries as part of its Season Two rebrand. The updated music software has a redesigned graphical interface with a hand-drawn appearance while retaining the sounds and parameters of the earlier versions.
The new look applies to all Vaults titles released to date. The collection includes Attic Grand, Celestatone, Mallet Piano, Shimmer Guitar and Chorus Synth. These libraries draw on sources including piano, electric celeste, dulcitone, guitar and synthesizer recordings.
The company releases a new Vaults title each month and makes it available at no charge for six months. A title leaves the active rotation when a new release is added, but users who downloaded it during its free period can continue using it.
Retired libraries also return in archive collections offered in exchange for a charitable donation. The first Vaults Archive collection includes six retired releases and supports Love Music, a Scottish music inclusion and education charity.
Company co-founder Christian Henson said the rebrand reflects an effort to expand resources, networking opportunities and tools for music makers. The redesigned libraries are available through the company’s website.
