This marks EastWest’s 10th NAMM TEC Award nomination, continuing a legacy that includes three previous wins for Hollywood Choirs, Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition, and Hollywood Fantasy Orchestra, says EastWest Producer Doug Rogers. Created in collaboration with hitmaker Jimmy Jam, DrumX gives today’s producers access to the sounds of 10 iconic drum machines, exclusive Jimmy Jam samples and grooves, powerful sound design tools (including analog re-amping and tape saturation), and intuitive step sequencer-all in one instrument.
