Today, Jackson introduces the Pro Series Signature Phil Collen PC1™-E, the latest signature in a nearly four-decade collaboration with Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen.
Since debuting his first Jackson signature model in 1989, Collen has developed four distinct signature instruments with Jackson, each evolving alongside his playing and creative needs, with the new Pro Series PC1-Emarking the latest chapter in that collaboration.
Engineered for players looking to channel Collen’s rock legacy, this model brings key elements of his longtime signature instruments to the Pro Series for the first time, including a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Tremolo and PC1 Sustainer Driver Neck Pickup.
The release follows another milestone for Collen and Def Leppard, who were recently honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Go behind the scenes and watch Phil Collen discuss the making of his new signature.
