Roland’s Reina Ichihashi has been named a 2026 She Rocks Award honoree by the Women’s International Music Network. The company announced the recognition Jan. 27, 2026, following the 14th annual awards ceremony at the NAMM Show.
Ichihashi is Roland’s global product marketing manager for wind instruments. Since joining the company in 2019, she has worked on digital wind performance, product strategy and global messaging, collaborating with engineering, design, artist relations and sales teams.
She contributed to the launch of Aerophone Brisa, a compact digital wind instrument designed to introduce new players to wind performance. Her work included defining the product’s positioning and supporting its global introduction. The instrument uses a flute-style key layout and dual breath sensor.
Roland Americas Vice President of Channel Marketing Katherine Wing said Ichihashi’s work has helped develop the company’s wind instrument category. Wing also highlighted earlier She Rocks recognition for Roland colleagues, including Rebecca Genel’s 2017 Excellence Award and Wing’s own 2023 Groundbreaker Award.
The She Rocks Awards recognize women working across the music and audio industries. Other 2026 honorees included Rachel Platten, Judith Hill, Rhonda Smith, Sophie Burrell, Kay Hanley and Andreea Gleeson.
