Jago’s drumming was widely present throughout each of the 96 shows played during Wicked’s Los Angeles residency. And, although holed up in a separate drum booth located under the stage, Chris was able to rig up a GoPro camera and piece together a small brief video, which can be viewed online.
Jago relied on his 6-piece Reference Series drum set for this run at the Pantages, which served as a local gig for the Los Angeles resident. Finished in the Purple Craze II lacquer, Chris’ kit is complete with a custom 24×14 bass drum, 12×8 rack tom, 13×8 rack tom, 16” and 18” floor toms, and topped off with a 14×6.5 Reference Series snare.
