IK Multimedia has released 30 new TONEX Tone Partner Collections on ToneNET, adding 504 Premium Tone Models to its amp-modeling ecosystem, according to an announcement on ikmultimedia.com. The release brings the total to more than 700 collections from tone creators including Live Ready Sound, Sonic Drive Studio, Matt Fig, The Studio Rats, Tone God, Custom Guitar Tones, and Jason Sadites.
The new content is compatible across the entire TONEX hardware and software line, including the TONEX Pedal, the new TONEX ONE+, and TONEX Plug, the company reported. Tone Partner Collections start at $6.99, with bundles starting at $17.99, and can be demoed before purchase through ToneNET or any TONEX Mac/PC version, including the free TONEX CS.
Users can demo any Tone Partner Collection before purchasing, and many collections offer a free Tone Model or preset that users can keep with TONEX hardware or software. After purchase, collections become activated inside TONEX software by selecting Restore Purchases in the Account panel, instantly downloading all Tone Models to the user’s local library.
Tone Models also work inside AmpliTube 5, functioning like other AmpliTube amps and pedals. AmpliTube 5 presets created with Tone Models can be uploaded to ToneNET’s preset-sharing section, allowing users to combine Tone Models with stompboxes, cabs, mics, and rack FX to craft complete rigs.
