Neumann has announced equipment-service appointments at its technical service facility at Rock Nashville from Oct. 29 through Nov. 8, alongside demonstrations planned for AES 2026 in Nashville.
The company calls the service initiative Doc Appointments. Customers can bring equipment to the facility for inspection by Neumann specialists and repairs where possible. Appointments require advance registration.
For the AES exhibition, Neumann said booth 314 would include a Microphone Zone, Home Studio Zone and Monitoring Zone. The three connected areas are intended to demonstrate a workflow from recording through monitoring.
The company also announced hands-on demonstrations of its KH 310 II and KH 350 monitors. The product demonstrations and the service appointments offer separate opportunities for users to discuss recording and monitoring equipment with Neumann staff.
