Positive Grid has entered the pro audio market with the launch of Spark PEDAL, an all-in-one stompbox designed for electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. According to Monthly Mixing, the new unit integrates an amp modeler, multi-effects processor, and USB audio interface into a single enclosure built on the HD Tone Engine DSP found in the Spark 2 series.

The device features 33 amp models and 43 effects, with dual-mode controls allowing users to switch between amp voicing and effect parameters using the same physical knobs. Monthly Mixing reports that the pedal also includes a built-in tuner, a 60-second phrase looper controlled by three footswitches, and connectivity to the Spark app for access to over 100,000 tones on ToneCloud.

Positioned for both live performance and studio recording, the unit can function as a standalone device connected directly to a PA system or serve as a USB audio interface. The source states the Spark PEDAL is priced at $199, offering manufacturers and retailers a new product option in the competitive guitar effects and modeling sector. Additional product details are available through the Positive Grid website.
