The NAMM Show, produced by the National Association of Music Merchants, has received a Trade Show Executive Gold 100 Grand Award for its social media work, while NAMM operations executive Lisha Baer has been named a 2026 TSE Woman to Watch.

The show won the 2026 award for Most Extreme Results from Social Media in 2025. The recognition cited its social media growth and creator strategy. The NAMM Show was also ranked the 34th-largest trade show in the United States, retaining a place among the country’s 100 largest shows.

Baer, NAMM’s associate director of operations, was recognized for her professional achievements, leadership and potential in the trade show industry.

The honors follow two Grand Awards in 2025: Fastest-Growing Gold 100 Retail Show and the Staying Connected Award. NAMM announced the new recognitions in a Sept. 24, 2026, release.

NAMM is a nonprofit music trade organization serving the musical instrument and music products industry.
