Apple has prepared HomePod mini 2 product assets showing five color options, according to a MacRumors report surfaced by contributor Aaron Perris and covered by Tbreak Media UAE. Images found in Apple’s code use the HomePod mini 2 naming and show green, pink, blue, white and black finishes.
The MacRumors report says the compact speaker’s physical design appears unchanged, retaining the 3.3-inch spherical body, fabric covering and top touch surface of the current model. The new blue is reportedly lighter than the existing blue, while the current yellow and orange finishes do not appear in the reported lineup.
Apple has not announced the speaker, its price, launch date or regional availability. The existing HomePod mini launched in October 2020 at $99 and now sells for $129 in Apple’s US store, according to the official buying page cited by Tbreak Media UAE.
MacRumors says a new chip and Siri AI support are expected but unconfirmed. The images indicate Apple has prepared product assets rather than confirming the speaker is ready to ship. For retailers and the music-products market, the current HomePod mini remains the only available option, with no local availability to be assumed from the report.
