Cloud2GND has introduced version 1.3 of its Aurawave Audio Framework, alongside a new graphical AW100 Configuration Tool, to facilitate development within the Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast ecosystem, as reported by AudioXpress.
The latest update incorporates several improvements aimed at refining the user experience and expanding compatibility. These changes include support for USB Audio Class 2 across desktop and mobile environments, alongside enhancements to broadcast compatibility and autonomous receiver functionality.
Designed to streamline deployment processes, the AW100 Configuration Tool offers features such as simplified configuration, broadcast discovery, QR code generation, and firmware updates. The software is available for Windows and macOS, with the latter requiring Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later. It also manages standalone receiver setup, stream parameters, and device naming using unique identifiers.
