ADAM Audio announced that its MyADAM customer portal will be integrated into The Collective platform, according to an official statement. The transition, reported by ADAM Audio, aims to streamline user experiences and consolidate services.
The shift is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. During that day, ADAM Audio anticipates a reduction in the portal’s functionality. Users of the MyADAM portal do not need to take any steps immediately.
Registered products will still be viewable within the updated portal, but users may be prompted to create or update their passwords for The Collective accounts. The process for submitting Extended Warranty applications will be made more straightforward. While records of purchases will be kept, users will no longer be able to download them.
Product details and complimentary plugins will continue to be accessible. However, current discount codes for plugins will cease to be valid after the migration. Existing accounts on The Collective will be combined, and Focusrite Plc will continue to manage user data. The Collective utilizes a third-party Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) system, and users have the option to delete their accounts prior to the transition date.
